Mission
The mission of VCS is to prevent ne HIV infection and disparities in health care; to assist individuals with disabilities to secure and maintain employment and provide support to enable them to become self sufficient. VCS strives to improve the overall welfare of the most vulnerable of our society.
Goal
Our goal is to provide educational services to prevent the transmission of HIV infection and substance abuse addiction. We also provide educational and support services to increase meaningful employment and self-sufficiency for persons with disability. Our target populations are minority communities with high incidence and prevalence of HIV/AIDS, especially men, women and children of color, underserved at risk youth and persons with disabilities. We provide one-on-one level interventions, group level interventions through street and community based outreach.
