Victory Community Services, Inc. (VCS) is a private, non-profit organization 501(C) 3, incorporated in 2002 in Miami-Dade County, Florida to provide HIV prevention and AIDS related services to minority and underserved areas of the Miami-Dade, Broward and the Palm Beach Counties.
Since its incorporation VCS has expanded services to include Vocational Rehabilitation employment support services and APD Meds Waiver services.
Our consumers are the homeless who live on the streets, the economically disadvantaged and persons with disabilities. They all have in common despair and a need for a caring provider to help them address their problems and overcome societal obstacles.
